If you're taking the TTC, St. Andrew on the University Line is probably the closest subway station, within walking distance. On the surface, the 504 King and 510 Spadina streetcars pass nearby as well. If you're driving, there are a number of lots nearby (e.g. Green P).
The main entrance is at 55 John Street at Wellington. The escalators up to the meeting rooms on the third floor are to the left, beyond the security desk.
